This review is long overdue.  On 2-21-2025, my Son & I visited multiple dealerships, experiencing different car brands etc.  We were greeted  by Graham Faria of Arrowhead Honda.   Seeking low maintenance,  good gas mileage & style,  Graham showed us various models.  Test driving a Honda Accord Hybrid, Graham pointed out all its features.  Many bells & whistles.   My Son, the negotiator,  spotted the same Hybrid floor model but with a Spoiler etc. as Graham was discussing possible terms on the vehicle test driven.  Graham graciously explained features of floor model.  Not only was Graham patient going back & forth to Finance to get us THE BEST DEAL - the car is Awesome!  A dream to drive & the best Hybrid out there!  Thanks Graham!

My trust was lost at Arrowhead Honda when Anthony failed to show up for our scheduled appointment, everyone has emergencies but there was no communication and I was in the car lot for 20 min before someone came to assist ( I was offered water by another employee- which was appreciated).

The specific vehicle I was scheduled to test drive wasn’t even available — it was on the lift for inspection. That was a waste of my time and very disappointing. I do want to recognize Tanner, who made a genuine effort to regain my trust, and I appreciated his professionalism. Ultimately, the overall experience led me to take my business to Johnny at  Earnhardt Honda.
