WORKS....Vintage brass elephant rotary telephone . It is really nice some wear on it from being used. It is Rotary and the rotary dial spins as it should. I showed the bottom to show the phone parts. There is some tarnishing to the brass and some light marks and scratches to the plastic parts. The plastic parts also has some discoloration from age. Overall this is an awesome piece of brass. Item is in good condition. The piece is very heavy approximately 12 lb
