I recently had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy's automotive equipment. The products I purchased were of poor quality and did not meet my expectations. The installation service was subpar, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping with my concerns. Overall, I feel like I wasted my money and time. I would not recommend Best Buy for any automotive needs.

We were told one day that our application was approved, we just had to come up with a little more of the down payment! My family is struggling RN and this car lot got our hopes up! Application Approved and appointment set. We spent all day filled with excitement and were eager to spend money on UBER one last time. We were a couple blocks and 8 minutes away from our scheduled appointment time only to have some lady call us and tell us “oh sorry we didn’t approve your application”. I’m beyond let down. I just spent $60 on a round trip in a uber bc these ppl can’t communicate properly!!! It’s not right to play with people’s emotions like this! Especially during the holidays!

Needed a car to get back and forth to work was my first stop while looking for a car and left the same day with a car. Milo and everyone else at the Glendale location were helpful and made sure that anything that was wrong with the car was fixed. Will definitely bring going back for another vehicle when the time comes.

Excellent service.  Got me in the vehicle I wanted at a great down-payment price 👍. The staff is willing to work around your budget!!!
