In decent shape. Fabric is great, no tears or tips or stains and sturdy. Was stored on its side so it’s a tiny bit rocky on the bottom feet until you sit in it and then just fine. And A little wear on one arm ( see pics) Adjusts in several positions and quite long when fully down. Could even sleep/camp on! —-please note it only folds down to 64 inches , so you will have to make sure you have room in your car. Sturdy but not too heavy. Driveway pickup near 56th and pacific avenue in Tacoma
