She’s priced to move! Coming from a smoke-free and pet-free home! Must pick up in Capitol Hill (near Bellevue and Roy). Elevator building. The couch definitely fits in the elevator (it came up that way). You’ll have to carry it down a long hallway and out the courtyard (no stairs) so if you have a dolly that might help. Great couch for high-traffic areas; it’s pretty impervious to stains and wipes down easily. Bonded (e.g. processed) leather, no rips or scrapes on the upholstery or weird lumps or anything like that. Pick up TODAY would be ideal!
