Stopped by two different times to look at vehicles. Both times the two different sales people I worked with were wonderful. No pressure whatsoever to try and convince me to take anything home. They provided what info they had regarding the vehicles I was looking at and were not shy to disclose any sort of issues that were fixed as well as when and what maintenance was done. All the vehicles I sat in and test drove were clean without any sort of funk or weird stains or any sign of moisture of mold. I will definitely be considering this lot for future purchases. I just wish the cars I am in the market for would stick around longer! Alas such is the used car market. Overall wonderful lot and wonderful staff.

As many know, new car shopping is typically  stressful and prior to this experience I haven’t had to in 10 years! Tahir, right from the beginning reached out in a timely manner and was not just a good salesman, but an exceptional one! A great active listener, professional, not an ounce of feeling pressured and really broke down the pro’s and con’s of the 2 cars I was interested in while taking the time to understand where in my life/career I’m at to help choose carefully. I’d highly recommend Tahir and will be sending all my friends and family in need directly to Duffy’s!

Be careful with these scammers. I was trying to buy a Prius V from them and told him that I could not do payments of more than $400 a month. He asked for a $500 deposit to hold the car while we worked through the paperwork and I agreed.
The deposit was made and they ran the paperwork, said it would be $1500 which the deposit would go towards, and like 390 a month so I gave them another $1,000 for the down payment. They told me to come pick it up so I rode the bus in from Forks to pick up my car on the way to the airport to fly out of town. When I got there they told me that the financing did not go through.
I left for my trip and when I got back contacted them to find out what had happened to my money. They said that they could arrange financing but it would be another $1,000 down and almost $600 a month. I told them no, I could not afford that, that was not part of the original deal, and I had told them in the beginning that I would not do more than 400 a month. I asked for my money back. They said the whole thing was a non-refundable deposit and refused to give it back.
Basically just some low-lifes who know when they have you over barrel.

Edit: Dropped the review to 3 stars because they held my plates until I paid them the couple hundred bucks they forgot to charge me at sale. Didn't get any registration funds back or reimbursement for the faulty antennae. We had agreed over the phone that they would send the plates out and I would pay at my earliest convenience. Instead, they held my plates hostage until I paid without even a courtesy call to tell me this is what they were doing. Still haven't received a paper reporting sale to IRS they said they would send. Just highly inept and not true to their word.  It's a shame really. I wanted to like them but this experience kinda sucked.

I'd say Ray is a 5/5 auto salesman but I gotta give the place a 4/5 just due to a few dumb things.

Marc (sales manager) is your normal run of the mill used car salesman, kinda combative, a little condescending. Ready for the hard sell. I don't like spending too much time in dealerships, so I wasn't really battling. He's alright. Normal, not remarkable.

Ray is extremely nonthreatening and just comes off as a good dude. I could see him selling to anyone in King county pretty easily. Dude is a gem.

BJ (finance guy) is pretty decent too. The upsells and fees and stuff were pretty well laid out and transparent. Easy to say no to. I took the theft protection thing just because it seemed like the hardest thing to get out of.

The Good:
-They took care of my lease 3rd party buy out and saw it as the beneficial trade in it was. Gave me a tiny bit of equity toward the Chevy Volt I bought.

-They let me plug my OBDII sensor in to check battery life.

-Ray is cool.

-Rare trim of the Volt with all the options and pearl paint + champagne interior. Car is awesome.

The Bad:

-Included tax credit in list price. No big deal, just threw some people. Maybe legally ambiguous. I'm decidedly not a lawyer and the disclaimer was in the listing.

-Stupid nav fin antennae was broken off and haphazardly siliconed back on. Caused some damage to the paint. It wasn't as easy as ordering a new part because there was body damage. I fixed it. Dealership sent me $150 bucks but I had to give it back.

-Dealership forgot to charge taxes on the sale apparently and are chasing me for a few hundred bucks now.

-BECM went out and car was in the shop for a couple months. It was covered under warranty and I kinda knew it would happen. Not the dealerships fault but an inconvenience all the same and I felt like whining.

-The little 4 square "agreement" paper they made me sign during negotiation was off-putting a little bit but I get it. I just wrote tentative at the top before I signed it.

I am actually a big fan of Duffys and especially the owner who eviscerates bad reviewers. I sometimes read the reviews just for lulz. And Ray is just an all around badass.

I came in to check out a Lexus on their lot. The process was swift, and Brandon was honest about the car's issues, which they fixed before handing it over to me. I will return for future purchases and recommend them to friends and family. Also as a huge plus they also have service on site!
