 We also offer installation service only if you also already have your own unit or prefer a different brand we don’t carry. The complete installation price works for a majority of residential single story homes, and most options that may be needed can be decided during installation day. A typical installation consists of the indoor unit installed on a wall inside the room that faces the exterior. A small hole will be drilled behind the indoor unit to the outside, in which the refrigeration line set & water drain will all be fed through that hole to the outside of the house. Then it runs down along the exterior wall covers by the line set cover to the outdoor condenser unit, which will sit on the ground with the outdoor base bad outside.
