These 2 solid wood pieces are in excellent condition. The bed could benefit from a new box spring and mattress and The dresser drawer is missing one knob that can easily be replaces. Pieces like this have an amazing restoration alive for a person who like wood finishing projects. Lucky new owner must take all 2 pieces and all bedding, etc. I need to clear my home of these 2 pieces ASAP to restore my room. Thank you
