About Your Yacht The Kraken is a 40' trawler, motor yacht, featuring plenty of interior space; master stateroom; guest stateroom, 2 bathrooms (both with showers and one with a bathtub!), well appointed galley (kitchen) with full sized refrigerator, double sink, stove, and microwave. The Master Stateroom contains a queen sized bed, many large windows, and sliding doors opening onto a private teak deck. The upper deck is spacious, functional and stylish. Large barbecue station, comfortable seating for up to 15 people, and a canvas enclosure offering shade and protection from the elements. This yacht has been completely renovated including new exterior paint and varnish, interior paint, new upholstery, counters, etc. The managing partner is a US Coast Guard licensed captain and experienced seaman. He is happy to train new partners, at no additional cost. Partners must pass an on water safety test before captaining the yacht on their own.
