CPAT ceiling breach machine

Custom built CPAT ceiling breach and pull machine. Built this to prepare for a firefighter physical test known as a CPAT. this simulates a ceiling breach, which is one of the exercises you're tested on. The "breach" portion consists of a metal ceiling plate with 80lbs on top. Take your 8lb pike pole (also home made!) and place it against the ceiling and push upwards. The "pull" portion consists of a (you guessed it, homemade) counter balance arm with 100lbs attached to a chain on one end. Place the pike pole around the hook and the other end of the counter balance and pull the weight down. YouTube search "ceiling breach and pull machine CPAT" for demonstration. This works exactly like the ones you'll test on, and was made to the same height and width dimensions. Comes with a 50 ft section of hose to practice your hose pull and rolling, pike pole and weights. This this would make an AWSOME squat rack or all around home gym too, just mount a couple rack hooks and you're good to go.
