Great work with the representative who spoke with me today. Came in and had a progressive discussion that enabled me to buy a car the same day during arrival. I recommend the facility as well as working with Angel Serrano. Noted the concerns he addressed them professionally and allowed us the comfortability in knowing the issues would be appropriately taken care of. Made me comfy and happy. Now I got a great deal and a car to take home. This was written on 09aug25. Walk in at 3:50pm and walked out by 7:30pm with new car.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I’ve received from Johnathan not once, but twice now. I first purchased a vehicle from him last year, and the entire process was smooth, honest, and pressure-free. He listened to exactly what I needed, worked within my budget, and treated me like more than just a sale.

This year, I returned to do a trade-in—and once again, Johnathan exceeded my expectations. Not only was the trade-in process fair and seamless, but I actually walked away with both cars I came in for! I was also  offered a fair value for my vehicle, and helped me find the perfect upgrade without any stress. Saw a car I was interested in, Alex G contacted me right away and gave me all the info on the car. Ran through the process pretty quick over the phone, got approved within a hour.
When I went to the dealership, all I had to do was test drive the car, signed some paper and I was out the door within few hours.
Working with Alex was great and smooth, I felt I was taken care of. I will def go back to him if I need a car in the future again!
