Could be taken out NOW and used today or this summer. $7500 - 105,000 miles - The coveted 20R engine - No leaks in camping area, sealed again 18 months ago - Propane heat, hot water, oven and refrigerator - functional and VERY warm - New Leaf on leaf springs (2021) - Wood laminate flooring (2021) Back rack included - Many extras including fitted cover, tarp, Jack, cords, hoses, etc What needs to be addressed: Fuel leak in carburetor and small leak back fuel pump Tires probably need replaced this year or next - Inside water tank has a leak to outside.Needs to be repaired or replaced. (Irrelevant if hooked at campground) There is a rainwater leak from engine hood area at times into passenger floor.
