Dining Room Set Table And 6 Chairs

Dining room set, table and 6 chairs, solid oak, very sturdy and well built, opens up and extends, has 2 leaf panels that store inside the table, the table closed with no leaf is 6 ft by 4 ft, each leaf is 1.5 ft, you can add 1 or both, so max length is 9 ft x 4ft, each seam has a latch to keep everything tight, has some spots in finish on top but we always had a tablecloth on it so it wasnt noticed. Also 1 chair has split on a joint but can be pushed back into place with your fingers, so can easily be repaired. Will not sell table and or chairs separately, only selling as a set, $100 FIRM cash or zelle, or possibly willing to trade. Id say at least 2 or 3 hundred in trade value because this is worth more than the cash price I have listed, just want it gone sooner rather than later. Nothing specific in mind for trade, let me know what you wanna trade. Delivery is possible for an additional cost, depending on how far. But the buyer must come and see in person and pay at least half before I will load up. The other half is due when the item arrives safely, before it is unloaded.
