2009 Subaru Forester

New Inspection 4/14/2025, Full Carfax Report available for interested parties. 4spd traditional auto-transmission, not a CVT! I am 2nd owner Info: Factory Sport Grille, Updated headlights aftermarket just to not have yellowed/foggy lenses. Window Visors. STi Rear Sway Bar, Curt 2" Hitch and Subaru 4 pin wiring harness. Newer Parts: New plugs, new wires, new ignition coil pack. (2025) All Strut Assemblies (2023) Front Lower Control Arms (2023) Brakes are only 5 or 6k miles old K&N standard intake filter. Many suspension bits were spray-painted fun colors when I installed them. Cons: Drives like a champ, and compression is good, pulls strong, but is currently burning oil (1 qt/500mi). It had new MLS head gaskets installed at 114k miles. Does not leak or drip oil so it's likely just the valve seals leaking while it's running. A/C Compressor froze up and died winter of 2024/2025. I will provide all the bolts and things you'd need to install the new one, but currently there isn't one in the engine bay. Light body rust, no major cancerous regions, probably has many more years to offer. Things I have that I'd negotiate to sell with it on the cheap: Yakima 48" Roof Rack/Bar Style and a Roof Basket. $4,500 OBO, looking to beat what the dealer is going to give me on trade in, working on adding some more details.
