Very well built shed is approx 10x10 and 8' tall. Was built on 16 inch centers, double lines walls includes a radiant barrier. The floor is solid plywood on 2x6 studs that sit on concrete blocks. Has a solid wood 6 panel house door with deadbolt lock. One window, comes with motion sensing flood lights on the side and a porch light next to the door, over head interior light and 11 electrical plug outlets. The shed was built in October of 2018. It is built with heavy duty screws instead of nails which have kept the building tightly together as it has not moved as inch since the day it was built. If it is ever hit by a tornado I really believe it would not pull apart like most houses would do. This thing is really strong and solid. I'm only selling it because I'm moving and will not need at new home. This was built like a house and will last many many years. Does not leak when it rains. Fully wired for electric just simply connect to power supply. It can be used for many different things such as a garden shed, workshop, man cave, she shed, storage room, or extra bedroom. Adding a window air conditioner can be very easily done. Compare to one at Home Depot for $5600.
