Extra Tall Hand-Made Swing Set

Want your kid to have the biggest swing set in the neighborhood? This one’s for you. Built with sturdy U.S. steel brackets and heavy-duty swing hangers, this set—standing over 10 feet tall—is made to last. The 60-degree bracket design keeps the frame firmly on the ground—no lifting, even during big swings. My dad built us a tall swing set when I was a kid, and I wanted my son to have that same joy. I put a lot of love into making this for him. After less than a year of use, we’re moving to a home without a yard large enough for it, so I’m hoping to find a new family who’ll enjoy it as much as we have. I set it up with two Swurfer Classic swings and one hammock swing (pillows not included). The hammock was a favorite—for my son to swing in and for my wife to relax. One cross beam has a small split. It’s purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect the structure, but that beam doesn’t screw completely flush. The set is currently disassembled, with all parts included and ready to bolt back together. I also just added a fresh coat of stain and sealant.
