You get great value for a 12-year-old motorhome that looks like it is only 2 years old. some key things to point out. 2 slides up front Queen bed in rear, Sofa and Dinette are also beds. Sleeps 6 Gas powered by a Ford V10 New vinyl roof. This the most important thing to look for in a used MH so no need to worry. You will get 10 more years out of this. Tires are new in 2016. Front captains chairs are newly upholstered in 2016 Carpet is stain free AC unit is new 2017. Somethings to point out, this does not have leveling jacks. You must level it yourself. I also have this financed so I would need to work thru my bank for title transfer. I keep the MH stored at Holy Acres in Woodbridge and can meet anyone interested in the evenings after 5 or weekends.
