Excellent condition, no issues at all, 2 previous owners and always kept in covered storage. Includes weight distribution hitch and everything else you need to camp this weekend. 30 ft long, 5600lbs dry weight, tows easily with a half-ton. I tow it with my F-150 Bunkhouse model that sleeps 7: king master, 2x double bunks and convertible dinette. Enclosed and heated underbelly for 4 seasons camping. Wired for both 50/30 amp with 15k BTU central AC. Newer tires with more than 70% tread left. Outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink and stove. Let me know if you want to see a video I’ll send it over.
