Retired [2010-2013]. I've done my best to examine the product and list any damage but even I may miss something. I am not the original owner. Please examine the pictures as this is the exact product you will receive. What you see is what you get. The piece appears in very good condition; the plastic cover and packaging are in very good condition with a little "crinkling" along the bottom of the plastic cover and one very small tear on the side of the plastic cover. The front of the base of the piece appears to have what feels like some very small surface scratches on the resin and what appears (to me) to be either some slight rubbing off of paint or a regular inconsistent Lemax manufacturer paint job. Smoke free, pet inhabited home. Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have.
