Ark Motors did an exceptional job and went above and beyond to get me into my Tesla Model X.  Alex helped me for over a week get the perfect vehicle and the finance manager Raed did an amazing job finding financing for my situation.  We were able to lock in a great deal before I headed to the dealership. Alex and the Ark Motors team did an amazing job getting the car prepped and everything ready before I arrived from over 2 hours away.  Zane was great and helped me get all the paper work completed and helped me with the Tesla Apps and account transfer.  I was out the door in just over 30 minutes driving my Model X. Just purchased a Honda Odyssey with low miles and leather interior, my wife couldn't be happier which is a plus for me. The owner/ finance manager was friendly and knowledgeable and played no games, he switched over my insurance and took care of the tag transfer which they pay for. I highly recommend these guys to everyone and when he finds the Lexus I'm looking for I'll be returning to purchase another vehicle. Thanks to everyone at Ark for a great buying experience 👍

Like to give a shout out to Brian, Eddie, Alex, and Zain for their patience and knowledge when it came to acquiring a car. I traded in my Lancer ES for a is300. It was a long 4 day process but it all turned out great. I would highly recommend them when purchasing a vehicle that suits you. 10/10 in my books.

Purchased a car about 2 months ago. The mechanic Alex, who now claims to be the manager, knew I was having a leaking issue and just kept telling me it wasn't. Now they don't want to take responsibility and help with the repairs. The car has a bad transmission seal, a bad mass air flow sensor, bad tie rods, a bad passenger side cv axle seal, and an AC leak. Of course, since I didn't purchase the warranty, they want to wash their hands with me. He claims that these issues could have happened after I purchased the car.  Really? Don't bother going to them. Look at the other bad reviews. Terrible customer service. No wonder your review score has gone down since I last looked at it.
