Alterations (all were done light enough so you can alter it how you want): -Front was cut (its mainly tool) to fit my height. Im 5’ 4” and wore 2 inch heels and then flats after -Train untouched -Boob pads removed and a bra was sewn in. Bra fits as a 36DD. The bra can be removed and real pads should be easy for your seamstress to put in. -sleeves we lightly stitch to make it more like a tank. Easy to remove it and restore original sleeve flap if wanted.
