5 hp outboard propane motor

Was a reliable 48.4 lb, 5.0 hp 4 Stroke offers stand-out-from-the-pack options with high performance. Propane used for a clean running outboard. Not in Excellent condition n I can’t start it up don’t know much about propane fueled motors n company is no longer available to get parts for this motor I bought from west marine was sitting in garage for couple years wanted to get rid of it n. Now it don’t start I think I may b missing the start up red key which may be why I can’t get it running but I used a zip tie I think the measurements is wrong I don’t know but selling as is no time to trouble shoot
