Description

This 1950s set is from Japan and made of porcelain. The decanter comes in the shape of a dachshund dog, with it's tail as the handle and it's snout as the spout. 6 barrel-shaped shot glasses (also made of porcelain) hang from hooks along the dog's back. There is a metal pouring spout that can be removed and reattached to the cork stopper. Approximate measurements are: Decanter: 12" L x 2.5" W x 4.5" H (6.25" H w/spout) Shot glasses: 2.25" L x 1.25" W x 2" H This set is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There is minor wear on the back where the "souvenir" flag is and uneven painting around the eyes (pictured). I also have other vintage decanters available (pictured).
