Motivated seller…. Up for sale is my 2012 Keystone Raptor 300MP Toyhauler Fifth Wheel. I used this rig to travel to race tracks mostly in California. Well taken care or and in great shape. No dog hair or smell as we rarely took our pets with us on trips. Fridge is in great shape - always had an arm and hammer inside for freshness. AC/Heater all work great. All TVs work, all lights work, slide outs operate perfectly along with awning. All appliances work great. On the front of the couch the stitching is slightly coming out in one place on each cushion - see pics. The fold up counter extension needs it's hinge repaired, the counter is not damaged - minor fix. Otherwise the inside has no damage or signs of wear for 10 years old. On the exterior all hatches and locks work. All lights and exterior awnings work. The main awning does have tears but still works - see pics. Comes with a brand new sunsetter awning I purchased but haven't installed. You can have at it. The graphics are almost 10 years old so expected wear is normal. There are two exterior scratched on the front of the rig. The fender on the left side needs a few screws, but otherwise no major damage or water leakage - see pics. The rig is in great shape for 10 years old. Comes with a king pin lock, and all leveling blocks and pads. Essentially everything other than the toys and personal items is what you get.
