Yes, it’s a titled Mobilehome. It has a full or part time dedicated back up camera for safety! Make me a reasonable offer and you too can camp without sleeping on the ground, cook without starting a forest fire, and watch movies on the 2 built screens. This motorhome sleeps 5. It has three long, and comfortable bunk beds, and a fold out couch that sleeps 2. It currently seats 4, with space to add additional seating. It also has loads of storage space, including a 30”x80” separated garage in back. The kitchen has an undermounted stainless steel deep sink in a full butcherblock countertop and backsplash. It’s got running water sourced from a 35 gallon water tank, connected to a water pump and accumulator to ensure no surging.. It’s strong and has gotten me across the country safely. It has a trickle charger to keep the battery strong. It’s got a garage, and some tools (ramps) for leveling. I’ve taken it to quite a few state parks between WA and FL. It’s got electrical hookup and water service, with overboard vent. My appliances were a mini-propane camp stove, microwave, air fryer, Insta-pot and hot water pot.
