Selling my west elm couch! It is a sectional couch with storage in the sectional. It also is a queen pull out couch. The couch was originally $4500, but I am selling it for $1100 (or best offer, so please feel free to submit any and all offers). There are some signs of wear, there is a water stain on the couch and slight pulling on the arm handle. The couch was professionally cleaned under a year ago. Please note that this couch is only available for pick up. It is extremely heavy and you must have the ability to get it down from my third floor walk up.
