I will say, make sure to really inspect your vehicle. Small things add up: lights, sensors, fuses, door suspension, charging ports, back up cams … and negotiate the price.

Also make sure to follow up with them about mailing your plates.

STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!  I was desperate for a car because I have bad credit and my jobs require driving; I am a social worker/interpreter/counselor. Their Craigslist or website ads do not seem legit; whenever I asked about a specific car, they told me it just "sold."  Calling about finance was fine, but I could already say to the guy, Johnnie, that I was speaking to sounded like he had no interest in selling me a car, maybe because it would be financed. When I went in person, the original guy I spoke with was not there even though we had a meeting scheduled. Another guy helped me, and he looked like he was not interested in selling me a car. I felt I was an inconvenience to him rather than a customer; he took forever; he was helping 3 other clients, including myself, and I was not given the individual attention I deserved as a client. I had NO CHOICE when choosing a car; they gave me one they wanted, and the way he explained about financing me, I was a waste of time and a liability. Even though I have secured jobs, my bad credit is due to medical expenses and immigration expenses I have gone through over the last 2 years. I purchased this car in November 2024. I just had this car in the shop and had to pay $3000 in repairs due to multiple issues like burning oil, time chain, etc. When the finance company contacted me, they asked me if I had the car of my choice. No, it was a red flag for me. They only care about clients overpaying cash for their cars and knowingly selling a car that will not last long. DO NOT RECOMMEND Try bigger dealerships with better cars; if your credit is terrible and you will pay high interest and still able to be approved for a loan, try a more reputable, more prominent dealership where you will be able to get the car of your choice and a better one AND a better treatment as a person.

I dealt with Johnny who is a good dude.  I'd buy a car from him again.  He's got a good sense of humor, he's responsive, responsible, and knows how to make a deal happen.

I felt comfortable in the office with my 5 year old.  They were nice and found toys for him and let him roam about freely.  They were largely responsive and helpful.  With any used car dealer you have to be pretty firm and ask for a detailed breakdown of any costs.  This is normal.

I got a 2015 Nissan Leaf SL here for $4000.  Plus taxes and title, registration, etc.  Pretty darn good deal.  The car has like 81,000 miles on it.  A few dents.  Otherwise it's pretty nice.  11 out of 12 bars left on the battery (LeafSpy showed 81% battery life), which is pretty amazing for the price, at least based on what I've seen around here recently.

The car was out of alignment pretty bad, so it cost me like $500 to get that addressed.  They had to tweak the front end a bit.  I'm in Seattle and the best place to do that is always Truline in the International District.  They're amazing.

Otherwise no issues but the obvious dents I mentioned, and one tire is losing air.  Normal stuff for a used car.

They tried to sell me on an anti theft package but I declined.  The only complaint I have is that this is an electric car, and it wasn't fully charged when I came by to look at it.  I came all the way from Seattle, so we had to leave it charging overnight and I had to come back the next day on the train/bus.  A bit of a pain, but I won't knock off a star for that.  Me and my 5 year old got the chance to ride the Light Rail for the first time from South Seattle all the way to Lynnwood.  Cool!
