Rheem AC 2.5 ton 10 months old. Bad compressor. A client of mine gave this to me to sell he upgraded to a larger unit after the compressor on this one took a crap after only ten months of use. It has a ten year warranty on the compressor but I don’t have time to mess with it. It’s an expensive unit. Manufactured 10/21 Open to offers. Lumber was stained well and is still usable some in condition some fair I threw most of the poor condition wood out.
