Frank was great—open to negotiating a deal that worked for my budget and needs. They allowed a pre-purchase inspection without hesitation, which speaks volumes about their confidence and integrity.

As with any used car, there were a couple of minor issues, but instead of brushing them off, the team offered solid advice and even had their in-house mechanic sort things out with a last-minute service. Shiva went above and beyond—he guided me through every step and even took me through the carwash himself to make sure it looked sharp before driving off.

If you’re in the market for a used car, I can’t recommend Carllection enough. It’s clear they’re in it for the long haul, building relationships and repeat customers—not just trying to flip cars like so many others. Totally different experience from the usual “sell you a car with no engine and wheels if they could” kind of place.

Arsalan & Shiva were awesome!! We went to 2 dealerships that morning where the sals people were snotty & not interested in a cash sale, wtf? But Carllection was great, the test drive was perfect, Shiva washed the car while we did the paperwork, Arsalan honored a $600 lower price from 2 days earlier! Not to mention he was hot to top it off, so we didn't mind waiting to sign everything..lol, definitely recommend going there, we're keeping our eye out for a backup car & it will be from Carllection!! 👍🏻

I love my new car I have very challenging credit. The finance manager Frank was hands down the best I’ve ever had on my side. He was on call with the Bank for hours did not give up until he had approved deal I still can’t believe it happened. Thank you also it was definitely a team effort and got it done try them out I am one happy customer.
