Description

This 1940s hat box comes in a black patent faux alligator design. It has a gold metal twist clasp and looped handle for easy transport. The wooden dowel in the middle was used for a mannequin head where a hat or wig would sit atop. There is no mannequin head, however, this can still be used for hats/wigs/accessories. There is also an old customs sticker that says "Inspected Baggage" on the side. Approximate measurements are: 8" H x 10" L The hat box is in overall excellent condition. There is a slight bend along the bottom edge and on the back hinge from previous use (pictured). Some of the metal studs have tarnishing (pictured). Cash only, pick-up only.
