1997 Toyota 4Runner

Lots of work done . Supercharged, New valve covers gaskets, new 02 sensors, whole front end suspension is new has like 150miles on it. Everything even axles. New lights hooked up, body has some surface rust under but panels are good, brakes all around, timing done with belts and pulleys, water pump, spark plugs and coils all filters and fluids changed. Lots of extra parts like bumper,fender, radiator etc The bad. Was working perfectly until It went into limp mode had code for knock sensors. Got them changed and suspension done pretty much whole car went through. Different shop aligned it after 2 times and won’t hold the alignment. Ate the steer tires up. Also after like 50 miles the code came back for knock sensors and loss of power they changed the harness for them and same thing like 40miles later. Shop said they won’t warranty because I took the car on trail and might have got water on the connections to sensor? Car has been sitting since last year September I work out of state
