After my 18-year-old son was involved in two accidents that left both of my cars totaled in less than three months, I was determined not to overspend on another vehicle. I found an online listing for a 2012 Fiat 500 Sport at Pro Garage in Hollywood, and honestly, I was skeptical — deals that look too good to be true usually come with hidden fees or high-pressure upselling.

I went in prepared to negotiate hard, but to my surprise, it wasn’t necessary. Laureano greeted me and immediately impressed me with his honesty and integrity. There was absolutely no haggling, no hidden fees, and no push to buy something more expensive. In fact, I ended up getting an even better deal than what was advertised.

Isabel handled all the paperwork and tags quickly and efficiently, making the process smooth from start to finish. Despite both Laureano and Isabel being native Spanish speakers, they took the time to communicate clearly with me and were incredibly patient with my limited Spanish — their English was certainly better than my Spanish!

I’m not an easy customer to please, especially when it comes to big purchases like a car. But I left with absolutely no buyer’s remorse and complete confidence in my decision.

Got a Jeep hemi truck from there . When I got home and got in againI had a knocking noise. I thought it was the Engine mounts.  I checked the Carfax history and I seen that the engine mounts was replaced. But as I accelerate, there was knocking noise . Took it to the Mechanic they looked at the car and said the engine mounts are brand new it might be a transmission problem, my heart dropped . They test drove it. They said they don’t see no problems. Long story short . The Jeep is a 4 x 4, so I was driving in the Wrong mode I must’ve touched it while I was changing the gears or playing around with the features of the car so happy I got this car . Progarage knew I wanted this car and I couldn’t afford it right away and they really work with me and was patient with me as I work my way to get in this truck . I would say as to getting any car take Mechanic with you to diagnose before buying but upon getting this vehicle the only issue I have was a loose gas cap which is about $150 job parts and labor included. Thank you pro garage

I purchased a 2017 Chevy sonic in April and by September the engine was done. The car had a constant leak which left me on the side of the road plenty times from it overheating and smoking. I had to repair the radiator, spark plugs and battery within 2 months. It has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!  I chose to finance so I’m still responsible to pay for this LEMON. There is only 30 day warranty and after that your own your own.. I let them know what has went on these past few months and was told there’s nothing they can do. I ended up selling the car to CarMax, had to do a settlement and  now without a vehicle at all. PLEASEEEEE DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS HERE !! There are plenty of other places to go.

On May 24, 2025, I placed a $1,500 deposit on a car they advertised for $7,449. They never told me the down payment was non-refundable until after I paid that found out it was written on the receipt.. Days later, they sent paperwork with the price increased to $9,200 — not fees, just the actual price of the car changed without my consent. Fees, taxes, dealer fee, registration that's all apart and I get that... that's fine

I called every day to speak to the manager. No one helped. Eventually, I drove 3.5 hours with my two kids, paid for a hotel, and still wasn’t able to meet with anyone. When I finally spoke with the manager by phone, I was told:
Either pay the higher price
Or use the deposit on a cheaper car
...and that he didn’t care if I filed complaints. 😤

The vehicle was NEVER removed from their site (even though they claimed it was being held), and no delivery date was ever agreed upon.

🛑 What they did:
❌ Bait-and-switch pricing
❌ False advertising
❌ No disclosure of non-refundable deposit
❌ Coercive sales tactics
❌ Ignored their own refund policies posted online

📣 I’ve filed complaints with the Florida Attorney General, FLHSMV, Broward Consumer Protection, BBB, and the FTC.

I’m sharing this to protect others. I’m still hoping they’ll do the right thing and refund the deposit — and if they do, I’ll gladly update this post. 🙏🏽
