The Bravo is a lite commercial embroidery machine (Hobby entry level) and this is comercial machine that is a work horse. 16 needle embroidery machine by Melco. This machine has been gone through by a certified technician. We currently use it to embroidered our uniforms. Stitch count is low. See photo of current numbers. Comes with software to embroider and to customize text. Also comes with many hoops of different sizes. Comes with two large hoops for a back jacket, large hoop 10215, 2 medium size hoops 10216, 2 small hoops 10217 for front logo in chest, hat/cap set up, and lastly 2 hoops for sleeves. Everything you need to start your new business or expand your business. Bonus!!——-> jig to speed up the process of placing hoops in garments. Software that is included, Amaya OS 10 and Design Shop lite 10 to add customize words for personalization and adjust logos
