Backwards Compatible Ps3

I got this ps3 and it would turn on then off right away. I reflowed the cpu gpu and re added thermal paste. I used arctic silver 5. Cleaned all the dust out of the system and replaced all the thermal pads. I cleaned the main board and all of the other boards as well. I tested both ps2 and ps1 games and they all work. The system ejecting the disc's is slow. The felt around the disc drive seems a bit stiff and I dont have any idea how to soften them up. If you really wanted I assume you could take it off but I don't want to. It comes with its original box both the serial number on the system and box match. There is no instructions. I will include a ps3 controller I have cleaned and replaced the controller battery. I am selling it as is. No returns. See photos of item. I spent a lot of time cleaning this up.
