The original battery was too damaged, along with its original case. I peeled the metal Manufacturer’s name plate off the inside of the case before discarding it. The two heads are still fine without any damage that I could see. There is one attachment for your vision, and another for your hearing. That one has 3 different sized black plastic cones for use with the ears. It also comes with a spare light bulb. Because I didn’t have a working battery, I haven’t been able to test the small light bulbs, or anything else. I have tried to describe these as honestly as possible. All the pieces seem to be in good condition. I don’t see any damage to any of them.
