I wanted to thank Miami lakes auto mall on a Great price and service I received for my 2014 corvette.. Great deal for a beautiful car! I purchased this “like new” 2024 jeep grand wagoneer. When it finally got delivered, it had multiple issues. 3 tires were very low, check engine light was on, all car mats were missing, and 1 key fob was missing. After driving it around for only 2 days, the car started shutting down and going into “Battery Saver” mode. The car will run, but no other systems work (radio, screens, lights, cameras, nothing). I took it to my mechanic, and they are fearful to even touch it. They highly suggested I return the vehicle.
The general manager I was working with, Al, has mysteriously disappeared. I was sold a lemon and I can’t get anyone from the dealership to call me back. Scammers!!! I will never buy from them again! Praying I’m able to get my money back.

I am so grateful for what a hardworking and empathetic team here at this dealership. My Honda Civic 2009 was unfortunately giving me problems and costing me expensive repairs
. I needed a quick fix that that I found! I wanted to thank Andy Reyes and Mike from finance as well as the entire KIA department for working with me and having excellent communication skills. Ended up with a KIA K4 2025 and am very happy with the results

Purchased a 2016 BMW 428i recently.  We live in Rhode Island and purchased the car in Miami Lakes. Without the help of Alexa in their Out of State Sales department we would never have pulled it off. She is attentive and actually PICKS UP HER PHONE when you call.
I also want to say that the Sales Manager Eddie answered texts ON WEEKENDS and was knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
And finally Oliver our showroom salesperson was polite and patient.
I highly recommend Miami Lakes.

Excellent Out of state Purchase process: Never thought buying a car from other state could be so easy. Alexa was amazing in helping and communicating, hassle free sale and delivery. A happy customer in purchase process. Just like Amazon I got my car delivered to my home :)
I take out 1 star because:
1. Cleaning - There are some sticky glue’s on car. I expect detailing should be done properly, it’s not that hard to find a murky glue on a white car and clean it.
2. Scratch - There is a small scratch, small one but a new owner doesn’t expect to see it on a brand new car.
I take out 1 more star because:
1. Mandatory Dealer Installed Accessories:
1. Kia comes with kia connect then why to FORCE me to have LowJack. They say it's preinstalled and can't be take out. It’s a ripoff.
2. paint protection plan, anti theft - itching etc.
