This is a great beginner scooter. The plastics are a little busted up, and it will need a battery, a mirror and a horn button. The parts for this are all super cheap. Just put tires on it. Can be jump started and test driven, or i can buy a decent battery but would add it to the price upon request. Great little scooter for the money. Clean title. Will trade straight up for a running 2 seater go kart
