Rebounder/trampoline For Exercise/workout/fun

I purchased this for myself around Christmas time, I can legit say I have not even used it one time because I ended up just rejoining the gym instead of doing home workouts. I got this because you burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time, it helps with detox and circulation, overall bone, density and strength and toning. There are so many things you can do with a rebounder. They say online it’s super easy to put together, but it took me and my husband probably close to two hours because you really need to leverage your weight to get it put together. So we have already done the hard part for you :)
