We have a dollhouse made by KidKraft for $45. They retail for almost five times our price! The dollhouse is made of pressed wood with laminate walls on the interior walls and floors. It it a 3-story house with a top floor balcony. It has manual elevator for the first 2 floors and then a staircase for the 2nd and 3rd floor. It also has some additional mini furniture with it. It does have some cosmetic wear to it but overall, the whole piece is still very solid and usable. You can come and see this at Recycled Furniture here in Irving.
