1995 Honda Civic Del Sol SI VTEC 1.6L 14 Project Del Sol SI 5 Speed Manual Transmission

This 1995 Honda Del Sol SI has been owned by me for the past 16 years and has been a project car of mine, but my life has changed and I no longer have the time to put into this car what it deserves. The motor is strong and runs well, the clutch is brand new, the rear main seal was replaced when the clutch was, and a used transmission with lower miles was put into the car. The timing belt and valve cover gasket was also recently changed. The whole suspension has been replaced, except for the front lower control arms which I have and are included with the sale of the car. I also put polyurethane control arm bushings in the trailing arms. The rear passenger side wheel bearing was recently replaced. The car's AC compressor has been bypassed with different size belts to reduce drag on the motor. All fluids in the car has been recently changed. Tires are brand new, brakes are also not that old. Will need to put carpet into the car, I have two new black floor mats that are fitted to the car that will be included with the sale. I also have a used power passenger side door mirror to put on the car to replace the one that was damaged. The passenger side door has also been replaced and the interior door cover will need to be put back on after installing the side mirror which is included in this sale. All of the windows work fine. The battery is also new. The VTEC solenoid gasket was also recently replaced. The oil pan gasket will need to be replaced. There is both upper and lower sway bars on the car. The headlights have been replaced. I also have extra parts and bolts to go with the car. The AUX lights are not working at the moment, but all the other lights work fine. I have hood pins to go with the car that will need to be put on since there is no hood latch. There is a hole in the driver's side seat from being used to get in and out of the car. It also has some Honda cancer/rust on the rear quarter panels and rocker panels. I recently did a complete tune up of the car with new sparks plugs, spark plug wires, and distributer cap. The alternator, starter, and brake master cylinder have been replaced. The radio antenna and trunk lock was vandalized and will need to be replaced. The trunk is still able to be opened by the interior pull handle just fine. All of the sound speakers in the car have been replaced. Targa top works fine and the storage bar for it in the trunk works. I bought the car with 97,000 miles on it and it now has 313,018 miles on it. The car has a 4-cylinder 1.6L gas VTEC D16Z6 engine and is front wheel drive, with a 5 speed manual transmission. The car's original color is a teal green, but I plasti dipped it black. The hood, front bumper, and front quarter panel was also replaced. The passenger front bumper side reflector is cracked and should be replaced. This will be a fun project car for someone who is mechanically inclined. The car runs, drives, and handles well, just had it started and was driving it around the house today. Fun car and handles turns like a champ! Car title is clean and there are no liens on the car.
