Any flaws are pictured up close. Couch is super comfortable. Everything is clean, I don’t smoke or have animals in the home. Couch covers can come off for cleaning. They have recently been cleaned. Small tear in one of the cushions from the washing machine. Not noticeable at all, if you decide to turn the cushion over. Ottoman does have scratches on the bottom as pictured, not noticeable if you put blankets under or use it as storage. Easy fix just don’t have the time.
