HORRIBLE!!!!! I got a vehicle from this place one month ago and today the transmission went out!!! I called and the guy was very rude and no help at all I asked to speak to the owner he says the owner would probably be back in 25 days... THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM DO YOIR RESEARCH AND DO NOTTTTTTTT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY OF YOUR MONEY I WILL BE CONTACTING SOMEONE TO SEE WHAT I CAN DO

READ THE REVIEWS. First, my bf bought a Ford Taurus from this company 2 weeks ago. The salesman was unorganized and rude, talking like we didn’t know what we were doing. The ONLY half decent compliment I’ll give this salesman is that he worked with my bf’s budget
( somewhat). Within 2 days the check engine light came on. Keep in mind he bought the car with no supposed issues. Got it checked out by a mechanic and was paid $350 for faulty sensors. Two weeks later and the transmission sensors are going out- costing him $2,800.  I called and spoke with the same salesman and he kept interrupting me acting like we had no idea what we were talking about. He said he has no mechanic, ( even though he said he did) and that every car is inspected before purchase. He said he could do nothing for us. I will be calling back to speak with the supervisor and editing my review until then.

Worse customer service and no knowledge of vehicles while advising that just because he was daily driving the car I was interested in the high milage with compounding milage was no matter  in the condition and the price. The lexus truck also had an extensive amount of rust underneath plus rust holes in the frame raising issue of the trucks safety at that point. I will not be ever purchasing a vehicle at that establishment.

I am very pleased with my purchase! The guys at Cash Car Outlet were great to work with. They were very professional and friendly. I drove from Mansfield to McKinney to do business with them, and it was worth it! Shout out to Muhammad for handling the process with great customer service!

PLEASE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING. A year ago we met with Mohammad the salesman, super nice guy that “ put my daughter in a car his would feel safe for his own daughter”. Less than 100 miles later the engine blew…. After many conversations with Mohammad El-Ghoul, the owner not the salesman, he agreed to fix it with his mechanic. 3 MONTHS LATER- the vehicle still wasn’t fixed and Mr. El-Ghoul wouldn’t tell us where the vehicle was. Finally found out it was at his brother’s shop with the engine out and parts of the engine laying in the backseat. The shop was going to put a mechanic’s lean on me unless I paid before I could pick up the car. Had to pay more money to get car that the owner said he was going to fix. Took him to small claims and a year later the judge ordered him to pay back a minimal amount that doesn’t touch the money, time and inconvenience we suffered. All because they make sure you sign the “No Warranty/AS IS” and take ur money. Now we have to file more court docs because he didn’t pay the judgement! They play this nice guy persona but they are just screwing over innocent people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
