Excellent car buying experience. Have been shopping for about four months for my son’s first car. Been through all kinds of car dealerships and have just struggled to find the right car. Star Cars is a small lot but had a really great selection. Test drove the TLX and we were sold! I was blown away by how fast and easy the process was. Nino was on top of everything, including the history of the car. While we were there he was also juggling answering the phone, as well as helping another couple buying a car ahead of us. He handled everything in an organized chaos manner and friendly attitude - didn’t miss a beat. Easiest car shopping experience ever. Even left with hard tags - did not have to deal with temporary tags! Could not recommend Star Cars more. Excellent experience stem to stern.

Met with Nico super friendly guy and down to earth as well as his colleagues, he let me test drive the vehicle and I ended up making the purchase. Took about 2 hrs total for the paperwork. We reviewed different financing options and went with the best rate possible and received no pressure to buy a car if I didn’t want to. Bought a 2017 Civic SI and it’s been almost a month now. Car drives great and has no issues! I love the car! I’d definitely buy again from StarCars!

I enjoyed the fact that no one ran out as soon as I entered the lot. I was able to enter the office & actually had to wait for the three people ahead of me before I was asked how can I help you? But not before I was immediately acknowledged by Mr. Nino who seemed very genuine greeting me telling me he would be right with me asap. Nick the other salesman was  available after a short time, I test drove 3 cars before I finally decided on a specific infinity GS 370. THEY ARE VERY PAITENT & GENUINE

The car was priced fairly, and he offered to replace the brake pads before I took the car home with me to ensure the car was in perfect condition.
