Selling my portable AC from Black + Decker - the unit is rated at 8,000 BTU which can comfortably cool up to 350sq. It comes with all accessories, window sealer, tube, & remote controller. I purchased it last August 2024 (I can show receipt from Amazon) and basically used it for 2 weeks. It has been in wraps ever since. The unit has been clean, air-blown, and carefully wrapped. Fully functional! Asking $300 since bought for $380 after taxes, but accept reasonable offers. Reason for selling: I will move to another apartment with AC installed, so no longer need this one.
