This is New Unopened. This is the 2nd gen model released after the first gen which had some issues. Model # C49G97TSSN FYI I’m using another one for gaming. And am completely satisfied. However, in my opinion this monitor is good for gaming. But not as good as newer models. this monitors strength is when used for business/stocks/ or work . Or any application I including gaming if you don’t have to have an OLED or QHD.
