Excellent desk, only 2 years old, sells new at IKEA for $629 ($539 for the frame + $89 for top) My spouse and I each have one of these adjustable desks and love them but we're moving overseas. The frame adjusts up or down from about 2 ft. to more than 4 ft. tall, so you can use it while sitting low on a stability ball, on a regular desk chair, or standing up, even for us taller folks (I'm nearly 6 ft. and it was plenty high for me). You can put a gigantic tabletop on this frame but we used smaller ones-- this desk has the IKEA "Anfallare” “bamboo” tabletop, which is about 55" x 26". There are a few minor blemishes on it (see photos) but they’re essentially unnoticeable. If you want to use a different tabletop and buy the frame only, we'll subtract $40 off the price. Be aware-- this desk holds up to 165 lbs, so the frame alone weighs about 66 lbs-- it's VERY sturdy. Great for everything from working on your computer to fixing small appliances, sewing/crafting, you name it! My desk is for sale too (tan with white top, see separate ad).
