The Hansa Camera was Canon's first production model and Japan's first high-quality 35mm camera. It came out around Feb .1936. Reportedly only 1100 were made. Body is in mint condition as seen in photos with no sign of wear. Shutter and film advance work perfectly. Lens looks clear with no scratches or fungus. (Ignore reflections). Pop-up viewfinder comes up but needs a little prompting into full extension. This rare Canon Hansa camera is a great investment! Own a piece of history! This is likely one of only a couple Canon Hansa camera for sale by an American seller in the USA! Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and bank wire (US funds) are preferred payment methods. No low ball offers accepted. I will meet a local buyer at a bank that we agree on within 100 miles of Seattle.
