Beautiful very good condition, well maintained 40' Diesel Pusher Motorhome. 400 HP, Turbo diesel, w/M11 DUMPTRUCK transmission, with 10,000lb tow capacity. Complete brand new roof ( inc subroof wood layer) approx 2 years ago.. This motorhome was owned for 22 years by the previous owner, a F/T Rig driver, who did a marvelous job caring for it. We have owned since 2021, and continued with keeping up maintenance, on both engines and generator, and we put a complete new roof on it, and a Combo washer/dryer installed, as we were "full timers"... NEW ROOF has been properly cleaned, and protected with both rubber roof conditioning and UV protectant, 4 times since the new roof was replaced. Both A/C's were professionally inspected. Coils on both units have been cleaned, 3 times, and they work great! This motorhome runs, and drives like a dream, and cruises like an air ship.... Weekend getaways, or full timers, you will come to appreciate, and love this rolling mansion...FULL SIZE SHOWER AND TUB, Dual kitchen sink, fridge that runs on electric, gas, or both...sun shades, and privacy shades, as well as full drivers area privacy curtains (driver's, passenger, and windshield). This model, in 96, with all the features, and upgrades, cost $365,000 !! Today, that price would be around $875,000-$1,000,000. A few unique things are the extra large fuel capacity, at 125/150 gallons, making it able to drive further...as well as the built in diesel generator,(push-button, automatic hydrolic open/close, located at the front center of the coach), that runs off the main fuel tank, so you can "boon-dock" for extra long periods of time.. including the generator exhaust silencer kit...this is a pipe extension kit that moves the generator exhaust pipe from underneath the front drivers side, to roof level. This redirects the exhaust, making it more courteous for other campers. Plus, this unit has extra large capacity fresh water, 150 gallon, 65g black and 65g grey water tanks...( Instead of the usual 35-40 gallon tanks). Less fill-ups, and, less emptying!!! Great convenience! Comes with the forward window sun shades, and the $400 high quality, multiple vented full wrap storage Cover. Storage GALORE! W/ HEATED TANK COMPARTMENTS... Also, new this year, a custom made WINTER SKIRTING. WOW, IT WAS AWESOME!! Too much to list, but feel free to inquire... interior picture is a stock photo, but almost exactly the same...we removed the sofa adjacent to the sink, and we have built an entertainment/desk, w/ Electric Telescoping TV stand, that rises out from the back/ top of the desk. A beautiful electric fireplace with variable heat (or no heat, just flames) and flames functions, under the desk, with side shelves/cubbies for printer, wifi, blueray, storage... whatever you want... 6 & 18 months ago, the entire interior was deep cleaned with an Anti-Viral, Anti-microbial, Anti-Fungal, application. Sorry, but we cannot finance, you must bring your own cash...please. **UPDATE** BRAND NEW 10 GAL. HOT WATER HEATER JUST INSTALLED. ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MFR UNIT. ALSO, BOUGHT, BUT DID NOT INSTALL THE BRAND NEW WATER PUMP...BOUGHT FOR A BACK UP, BUT CURRENT PUMP STILL WORKING. TWO BRAND NEW ENGINE BATTERIES, AND A BRAND NEW WINDSHIELD. (my insurance policy covered it...but, a one piece glass, w/original sunshade tint. $2000 FOR THE GLASS, $1600 FOR THE INSTALL.). We are waiting on the delivery of a new HIGH END, CUSTOM MADE Wilderness Hybrid mattress... (Split King mattresses). Kitchen and master bath sink faucet upgrades.... 2 New side awning shades... This is an amazing coach. $30k, Will consider offers.
