I ordered this minisplit and thought it wasn’t working because it wasn’t blowing cold air. I explained to the company on Amazon and they sent me another unit. I placed the “broken one” to the side and installed the new unit. That one didn’t blow cold air either! So I called a company to check it out. I paid $100 to have the AC guy tell me I forgot to open the Freon valve. Now I have ac and it’s been so great in this 400sq ft patio I’ve got. Now I have a whole indoor and outdoor unit that works fine. (I just didn’t open the Freon valve). So I’m listing it here because I already have one that works now. I love it btw. Blows sooo cold and quiet. It works with an app. Or the cool remote show in the display. And I have heat for the upcoming winter. Which is awesome since the patio is only insulated with styrofoam.
