Description

This coach is a rare find! It has 4 slides one of which is the bathroom, making the bathroom bigger than a lot of regular home bathrooms! The coach is located in Rainbow Spa RV Park. This park is a co-op adult RV park. Which mean you will own 1/156 of the park as a membership of the entire park and the space the rig is on is connected to your membership ownership. It is age restricted to live here. You or one of the owners must be 55 or older. Also, you have to be approved by the board. The park has a heated pool and jacuzzi for you to enjoy along with shower and laundry facilities. The clubhouse is for use as long as there are no functions or someone has is signed out that day. We do have a washer/dryer included with rig. Once you are approved the monthly member fee is $235 plus electricity. I do have more pictures available if you wanna see them!
